Can I return or exchange my order if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?
Why didn't I get a shipment or order confirmation?
This is usually because you entered the wrong email address on accident. Shoot us an email at email@example.com and we can lookup your order and let you know the status. You might also want to check your junk/spam folder.
How do I track my package?
If you created an account with us you can login and view the status of your order anytime. Whether you created an account or not you should receive an email with your tracking number when it ships. If you didn't receive one, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know the status of your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you receive your confirmation email please allow 1-2 business days for processing at our warehouse. After that it will be 3-7 days to arrive to you.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately our website only allows one discount code to be used at a time, so pick the best one!
What countries do you ship to?
At this time we are only shipping to the United States.
Do you have a physical store?
We are mainly an online boutique but we actually do have a very small boutique inside of our sister store la hacienda furniture store where you can purchase everything you see online! It's located at:

Will you carry larger sizes?
At this time we usually carry small, medium, large and some x-large. We hope to carry larger sizes in the near future.
