Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase, but if you don't for some reason, please send back your items back to us. Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. Items MUST have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered or damaged. Merchandise must be NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED. Footwear returns must be in original shoe box.
Our return policy is store credit or exchange only.

We do not refund or credit shipping charges.

ALL JEWELRY, lingerie, hats, bodysuits, swimwear, any holiday items, gift cards and discounted merchandise are all FINAL SALE. Sale items include flash sales, holiday specials, promotional sales using coupon codes, or any other type of discount.

Return Process

To return items, you must include a copy of your original sales receipt. We suggest that you send items back to sid+allie using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.  Return items are to be sent to the following address:

Exchanges

Please review our return policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements.  Due to the fast pace of our changing inventory, it is best to place an order for the item(s) you want right away. Please return in a shipping safe package and include a copy of your invoice. You can also print your order confirmation email.

Make sure to keep your tracking information. You are responsible for tracking your return package. Once it is received by us, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Return credit may not be used towards previous purchases.
