Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed, they will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders of $50 or more will receive FREE shipping. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your provided e-mail address. The shipping confirmation e-mail will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online athttps://www.usps.com/. At this time, we only ship within the continental United States, and cannot ship to APO addresses.
Undeliverable Packages If the address you provided is incorrect and unable to be delivered by USPS, the customer is responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $8 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with the correct shipping address. Please double check that your shipping address is correct during check out to insure proper delivery.
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages were tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. Local Warehouse Pick-Up | Free
Online orders may be picked up from our shipping warehouse Monday - Saturday 11a-5p. If your order is placed by 1pm, it is able to picked up after 3pm the same business day! Orders placed after 3pm can be picked up the following business day. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from one of our team members informing you that your order is ready for pick up at our warehouse.
